I am Özgür Eylen , who owns this small company. 

After almost 25 years in International Hospitality Management business, having set ( proudly ) amazing places together, made pre-openings, openings, Start-ups, achieved some remarkable results with my team mates, I have recognized last 10 years of my carrier, that there is more for me to be able to do and give, share more! 

Therefore I was more interested in complex projects to be able to learn, sustainable entrepreneurship, flexible business models, lean studies, design thinking projects, pressure cookings, innovation and digital change projects to train my brain and be more agile for the future. 

During these years, I have got to see and really & deeply realize that we cannot achieve anything if we aren’t practicing good to make our soul more open and be aware of it’s needs, to know that there is only way up if we are finding peace in ourselves, therefor I start to study mindfulness, meditation, Tai-Chi to be more in the moment, more aware what my core tells to me and what my body feels, which had led me to understand I am here to add value in people’s life, companies development in an impactful way.

Therefor my last project gave me amazing chances at Kanteen25 to do good for the world, setting up a school where people got a chance to be trained, to become professionals and build a new life in a new country showed me that everything is possible when you believe but don’t let go the idea of that everything is reachable as long as you put your heart and soul in it and don’t give up. 

My efforts to do good and make people feel good in a team, making teams complete, based on peoples talents and not where they are not good at made me able to create organizations that were sustainable, growth was a fact and the service / guest & client experience on a high level. 

Because that I have done so many different projects in different countries and cultures, I realized how important is to be a great stakeholder manager to see the whole picture and work on the entire succes of the whole organization, teaching me that I wanted to do more and impactful projects. 

As a last learning curve so far, I have started my practitioner Neurolinguistic Programming education, sadly will end, end of this month after 6 wonderful months, making me a proud certificate owner of this amazing, mind opening learning model.
